Our Educators

The Coordinator, who is also the Educational Leader, and the Nominated Supervisor, are responsible for overseeing the Teachers and Educators of Blair Athol Child Care Centre.

The teachers and educators at Blair Athol Child Care Centre believe strongly that children should be free from discrimination, have their rights upheld, receive a high quality education, and interact within a safe and healthy environment. Our teachers and educators are passionate about being advocates for early childhood education and care.

To ensure these practices are upheld, our educators are committed to ongoing professional development in the early childhood field. Our educators meet on a regular basis to discuss children’s learning, share their knowledge and to discuss centre related issues. Educators also use these opportunities to evaluate their early childhood education and care practices. Our educators follow the practices outlined in the Early Childhood Australia’s Code of Ethics.
